Book review

Obviously, when working at the computer and watching television dominates the static and the eye muscles are severely affected by the lack of movement, his eyes overstrained and ultimately fatigue syndrome occurs when the eyes themselves refuse to see. Nevertheless, it is fitness of the eye in a static position allows to prolong the periods of mental work, which is extremely important for intellectuals who want to remain so. In my own experience I can testify that if sit at a computer eight hours with a conventional short breaks, put under the Labor Code, by the end of the working day with the vision "minus six" head splitting pain. If, however, every two hours to perform a series of asanas, which occupy less than a quarter of an hour (preferably different), the picture is quite different. Even with the "clock watch" when working time is twelve hours a day with breaks only for sleep, food and yoga, no ailments not observed! The body works like a well-oiled machine, and the short-sightedness does not progress over the years. Unfortunately, the success of such a line of conduct is guaranteed only to those who work at home.
