Freed from external danger, writes Justin, Ptolemy devised a crime against their relatives. So, he began to intrigue against the widow of Lysimachus - his half-sister Arsinoe. After that Arsinoe was filled with the hopes and fears of dropping, she spoke with her brother. The expression on his face and his eyes, full of affection, promising loyalty oaths at least led to the fact that she agreed to the marriage with his brother, despite the protests of his eldest son, Ptolemy, to convince the mother that her cheating.
